“Fred began working with us in April 2022 as a Project Manager and Producer for new online classes through our Teach Lab program, a program to support high-potential creators with filming and launching their first class. We hired Fred specifically for his project management expertise and to work with new German-speaking creators, but from the get go, Fred went above and beyond in terms of his contributions to the team. In addition to coaching teachers in both English and German, Fred consistently demonstrated exceptional skills in automating processes and improving workflows, in particular automating the onboarding processes in managing teacher accounts. This saved our team countless hours of manual work, making the entire process faster and more efficient. In addition, Fred played a pivotal role in supporting quarterly data analysis and developing automations and calculations in Airtable to track teacher progress through various stages of the class creation process. They also helped improve our internal communication docs and playbook. Last, Fred is an outstanding team player! He is approachable, eager to collaborate, and their communication skills are top notch. I have no doubt Fred would be an asset to any team looking for a seasoned project manager or producer.”
